When wife and husband team Itah Sadu and Miguel San Vincente bought A Different Booklist from the original owner in 1999, they made the bookstore into a community hub. A Different Booklist showcases the literature of the African and Carribbean diaspora and what Itah and Miguel call the Canadian Cultural MosaicAfrican descent can see themselves reflected in literature.
