Samuel Hilbert and Alex Oh worked in the wine industry for years before channeling their passion into producing their own wine, handcrafted in the old-world style with Washington grapes. They opened their first tasting room on Capitol Hill in 2016, allowing patrons to relax and sample their delicious wines alongside artisanal cheeses and gourmet small bites.

In 2022, they added a second tasting room location in Ballard.
