Born in Thailand into restaurant families, SangDuen Auesiriwong and Ott Jaicharoensook set out to recreate the experience of dining at a street market in Bangkok. In 2019 they opened the large, colorful, and communal Bangrak Market in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Bangrak Market offers Thai street food favorites and dishes from all regions of Thailand, demonstrating that the lively vibe of markets and the soul of Thai food go hand in hand.
