In 2019, Cybill, Marlon, and Malvin Tan opened their restaurant, Cebu, named after the city where the siblings grew up in the Philippines. The Cebuano cuisine they serve reflects Chinese and Spanish influences, and the restaurant has been lauded for its menu, atmosphere, and cocktail program.
