Cebu Chicago is a modern Filipino restaurant that aims to not only highlight Filipino cuisine in Chicago but also represent Filipino culture in the USA. As a family-owned business, we aim to showcase the richness of Filipino culinary traditions and create a welcoming environment for people to enjoy the experience.
In 2019, Cybill, Marlon, and Malvin Tan opened their restaurant, Cebu, named after the city where the siblings grew up in the Philippines. The Cebuano cuisine they serve reflects Chinese and Spanish influences, and the restaurant has been lauded for its menu, atmosphere, and cocktail program.
