Central Kitchen + Bar opened on August 10, 2015. Since then, our incredible team has continued to welcome a diverse clientele to experience an amazing, approachable menu created by our classically-french trained executive chef, Christina Stanco. The chef puts her spin on recognizable bar food and works with her “back of the house” team to create new approaches to the classics, upgrading them with inventive taste combinations and using local and seasonal ingredients. Our beverage program features recognizable classic and house original cocktails and a very smart, spirit, wine and beer list. Our decor draws inspiration from Detroit’s early 1900s architecture while infusing contemporary elements to provide an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and functional space. In addition to what you come to eat and drink, you will find that our staff sets us part from our peers and will leave you wanting to come soon.
