Owner Rick Humbert left his position as CFO for one of Colorado’s largest airport concession companies to pursue his dreams of a lively brunch restaurant. Intersections Restaurant opened in 2017 and continues to delight Denver locals with crab cakes benedict, shrimp and grits, beignets, braised short ribs, hot cakes, and more!
