The townhouse entry is situated on the first floor. So access to the unit is up 2 flights of stairs. Once you enter the home, you are greeted with a large bright open space with views through the French doors of the balcony, and pool & gardens. A living room which is spacious has a  large L-shaped couch and 40″ flat screen smart TV. So logging in to your Netflix account is like your home away from home. A beautiful glass dining table and gold chairs are also in this space and make for great indoor dining.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen is to your left and a comfortable living/dining room is directly in front. The powder room will be on your right. The 2 large bedrooms are located up the stairs on the 3rd floor. Both are spacious with private ensuite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and windows. Large outdoor patio is perfect for al fresco dining, with a charcoal grill, table, 4 chairs & sun umbrella for dining. Also included is a large beach umbrella, cooler & beach towels for your trips to the beach.
