Founded in 2022 by first-generation Nigerian-American Olumide Shokubi, the restaurant is a celebration of African cuisine and culture. Olumide’s vision for Spice Kitchen goes beyond just serving delicious food; he aims for the spot to serve as a platform for the education and empowerment of Black people everywhere.
