Sushi Seki is owned by chef Seki Shi who cultivated his expertise of fish at the famous Tsukiji Market in TYO before moving to New York in 1991. Now, Sushi Seki has locations on the Upper East Side, Time Square, and Chelsea. Incredibly popular with lovers of fine sushi, reservations are a must.
