Led by four-time James Beard-nominated chef Gregory Collier and his business partner and wife, Subrina, Uptown Yolk is known for its menu influenced by the Memphis restaurant scene. Dishes include shrimp and grits, sweet potato waffles and more.
Recently, the restaurant also rolled out dinner service, too, with new bites, local beers on tap, signature cocktails and more, CharlotteFive previously reported. “Uptown Yolk is founded on contemporary Southern food. So adding hearty dinner items and a few more sandwiches, sides and PM hours makes sense,” Subrina Collier previously said.
